Lilly H. Wagner, MD, is an ophthalmologist specializing in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. She treats pediatric and adult patients with problems of the eyelids, orbit, and lacrimal system.

Dr. Wagner received her medical degree from Otto-von-Guericke University Medical School followed by an internship from Yale-New Haven Hospital, chief residency in ophthalmology from Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center. She then completed her fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery from the University of California at San Francisco and another fellowship in the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) from Pacific Center for Oculofacial and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
