Please join us for a FREE patient education event at the Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel Tempe! Hear the latest information from local and national experts on Graves’ disease and thyroid eye disease – and meet fellow patients and family members!

The program will feature a combination of lectures and small group discussions.

Keynote Speaker (additional presenters to be announced!)

Terry J. Smith, MD
Dr. Smith serves as Frederick G.L. Huetwell Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, and Professor of Internal Medicine, University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. Smith served as principal investigator for research into teprotumumab, a potential new treatment for thyroid eye disease that has received “breakthrough” status from the Food and Drug Administration.
