David T. Tse is a Professor of Ophthalmology and Dr. Nasser Ibrahim Al-Rashid Chair in the Division of Ophthalmology at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. He is specialized in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery and his clinical areas include oculoplastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, orbital surgery, eyelid, and orbital reconstructive surgery, lacrimal diseases, and surgery, ocular oncology/eyelid & orbital tumors, pediatric oculoplastics, thyroid eye disease.

Dr. Tse received his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine followed by a residency in ophthalmology from the University of Southern California Medical Center. He also received a fellowship in oculoplastic surgery from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and is board certified in ophthalmology from the American Board of Ophthalmology.
