Dr. Quiros obtained his MD from The Yale University School of Medicine. He trained at the Los Angles County Hospital/the University of Southern California residency training program and then completed his neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at the Doheny Eye Insitute.
Dr. Quiros was on the faculty at the University of Southern California for over a decade, where he was the Residency Program Director. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Director of the neuro-ophthalmology fellowship program as well as Chief of service for neuro-ophthalmology, orbit, and oculoplastics for Doheny Eye Centers-UCLA.
